FBAXtreme LLC provides done-for-you ecommerce automation services including Amazon FBA store management, Walmart store management, Shopify automation, TikTok Shop management, eBay automation, and Amazon account reinstatement services. Specific deliverables and timelines are outlined in your individual service agreement.
Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due on the first of each month. Late payments may result in service suspension. Reinstatement services are billed as a one-time flat fee due before work begins.
While FBAXtreme has a strong track record of generating results for clients, we cannot guarantee specific revenue levels, profit margins, or business outcomes. Ecommerce results depend on many variables including market conditions, product selection, capital investment, and Amazon policy changes.
All content on FBAXtreme.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of FBAXtreme LLC and protected by US copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
FBAXtreme LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or your Amazon, Walmart, or other marketplace accounts.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States of America.
